Soft Pastels Thinking of You

I love the soft, muted look I created using the Soft Pastels chalks for this card.

Sponge Dauber Pastels

I used So Saffron, Poppy Parade for the flower and Granny Apple Green for the stem and leaves.  I stamped the image using VersaMark ink and applied the chalk using sponge daubers.

The greeting was stamped with Memento Tuxedo black ink.  I added some Artistry Blooms Sequins for some bling.

Flowering Fields Suite SU! Video

I made this card using the Flowering Tulips Bundle from the Flowering Fields Suite.

Flowering Tulips Pop-up

I layered a piece of the Flowering Fields DSP onto Evening Evergreen and attached to a Soft Succulent card base.  The greeting was stamped with Evening Evergreen ink and popped out using the Layering Circles dies.

I added some pop-up tulips on the inside of the card.

Flowering Rain Boot Fold Flat 3D Card

I stumbled across a Stampin' Up! demonstrator from the UK that showed a fold flat pop-up panel card and thought, what the heck, I can make that - wrong!  Remember the saying, third times the charm, well that was true for me trying to recreate her card.  I'm glad I stepped out of my comfort zone to attempt this challenging creative fold, but don't think I'll be making another one anytime soon!

This is more of a 3D dimensional card and displays beautifully.

Pop-up Rain Boots

Here's a photo showing the different panels.  Yes, this card really does fold flat and fits into a standard A2 envelope.

I CASE'd, or rather tried to CASE this card from flutterbyheidi.
