Stamp with Leigh

I like to take a basic layout and see how it will look just by adding an additional piece of cardstock.  This is such an easy way to take your card to the next level.  The card on the right is what I started with, a piece of Botanical Textures Designer Series Paper (an Online Exclusive) layered onto a piece of Summer Splash cardstock.  Perfectly pretty just as it is.  

The card on the left is my stepped-up version.  I have a video showing how to take a basic "Plain Jane" card layout and elevate it just by adding an extra piece of cardstock.

These masculine theme cards were made at a past One Sheet Wonder class.  A One Sheet Wonder is when you take one sheet of cardstock or Designer Series Paper to make a set number of cards.  Below is the stamped images to make my cards-

I used various greetings, but you can use the same greeting for all the cards.  Again, you're the artist and can create whatever you want!

Another Stampin' Up! demonstrator, Lynn Dunn at Stamptastic Designs, featured this technique.  I took the basics of this technique and changed it up a bit.  That's one of the great things with stamping - you can take a layout and make it your own.
