Just My Type Thank You Video

Need a easy and fast Thank You card?  Then this video is right up your alley!  I used the Just My Type Stamp Set, one of my favorite sets from the Annual Catalog.  This stamp set is full of possibilities!

Just My Type Thank You Video_1

I love the Balmy Blue and Lemon-Lime Twist color combo on this card.  The strip of Designer Series Paper is A Walk in the Forest, yelp, Christmas theme paper. I think this "snow dot" pattern paper adds a fun and whimsical twist on this thank you card.

Check out the video below to see how easy it is to make this card. Remember, there's no need to re-invent the wheel!  This is a great layout to use again, just change out the greeting for the  occasion you need.

Measurements-

5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Balmy Blue CS

4 x 5-1/4 Basic White CS

1-1/4 x 5-1/4 A Walk in the Forest DSP

Brightest Glow Birthday

The Merry Bold & Bright Designer Series Paper isn't just for Christmas greetings.  This Designer Series Paper can also be used to send a Bold & Bright Birthday greeting!  Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper does all the heavy lifting for this super easy birthday greeting!  This bright and cheerful greeting is going in the mail to my great-niece, Scarlet for her December birthday.

Brightest Glow Birthday

This card was so stinkin' easy to make!  I layered pieces of Merry Bold & Bright Designer Series Paper onto Lemon Lime cardstock.  I wrapped some Lemon Lime ribbon from the Ribbon Duo Combo Pack around one panel before attaching to a Basic White card base.  My greeting is from the Very Best Occasions stamp set and was stamped with Memento Tuxedo black ink onto Basic White cardstock.  The stamjped greeting was mounted onto a piece of Lemon Lime cardstock, both were popped out using the Reach for the Stars dies.  I added a touch of bling withthe Tinsel Gems 4-pack.

All of the items used to make this card are available in my online store-just click on an image to shop Stampin' Up!

We BEE Stamping TEAM Blog Hop - Season of Giving

Welcome and thank you for "buzzing" over to my post today!  Our theme this month is Season of Giving, which is appropriate for December and gift giving to loved ones and friends.  My post will show the two ways I gift money and gift cards for Christmas.  But these two options aren't just for Christmas - think birthdays, weddings or any occasion, just by changing out the greeting and Designer Series Paper.

This cute and easy gift card holder was made using the Trucking Along stamp set.  This stamp has a coordinating punch for the truck, but I opted not to use the punch and did some fussy cutting with my paper snips.

My greeting was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Basic White Cardstock and cut out using the Deckled Rectangle dies.  This panel was attached to a Pretty Peacock Cardstock panel, also cut out with a Deckled Rectangle die.

When you open the card, there's a place for a gift card with plenty of room for a hand written greeting and it all fits into a standard A2 envelope.

I also gift money and instead of putting it inside a card, make a money holder. This holder also holds a candy bar and/or small pieces of chocolate.

IMG_2207

The greeting is from the Throughtout the Years stamp set from the current Mini Catalog.  This stamp set feeatures Halloween, Christmas, Valentine, Easter, Birthday and all-around greetings and will move to the Online Exclusive seletion - YAY!  The cute little tag die cut is from the Tricks & Treats dies and the greeting is from the So Sincere stamp set.

This is what will greet your recipient when they untie the bow-

If you would like to know how to make the gift card holder or gift box money holeer, please leave me a comment.  If there's enought interest, I would be happy to make a video on either or both of these gifting options.
