Stamp with Leigh

This is one of the cards that we made in my Easter/Spring Cards-in-a-Box Class.  I love the Love is Kindness, also known as the Tulip stamp.  This one is my favorite of the class.

This greeting is from the Just Sayin' stamp set and coordinates with the Word Bubbles framelits.  I can't wait to mail this card to my older brother since he insists on telling everyone that I'm older.

I've been wanting to try the Ombre effect for a long time and finally got around to it.  I wanted to try it  in a easy format and this is what I came up with.  Just in case you don't know what ombre means, it's shaded or graduated in tones.  Don't feel bad if you didn't know that, I didn't either and had to look it up in the dictionary.

Supplies used:  Crazy About You stamp set, Whisper White, Lost Lagoon, Soft Sky, Island Indigo card stock, Lost Lagoon ink, Itty Bitty Accents punch pack, Petite Petals punch and Jewels Basic Pearls.

This card features the Irresistibly Yours Designer Series Paper that is a FREE Sale-a-Bration item, but only until March 31st.  This paper is clear embossed and you can use it as it is, or make it any color or combination of colors you want.  I refer to it as "presto change-o" paper.
