Looking for clever ways to use up scrap Designer Series Paper?  This layout is great for utilizing Designer Series Paper scraps.  The great thing about this layout is it can be used for other occasions other than Christmas.

I added a strip of Designer Series Paper to an envelope and the inside of the card.  These were scraps that I was going to throw away and then thought, what the heck, there's got to be a way to use them too.

Go through your stash of Designer Series Paper scraps and put them to good use.
