Showcasing another card using Designer Series Paper scraps to create a simple, yet stunning card.  This card uses strips of the Flowering Tulips Designer Series Paper that I "dressed-up" by using the Painted Textures embossing folder and Brushed Brass Butterflies embellishments.  The greeting is from the Flowering Tulips stamp set and was stamped with Versa Mark ink and heat set with black embossing powder.
