We BEE Stamping TEAM Blog Hop - Season of Giving

Welcome and thank you for "buzzing" over to my post today!  Our theme this month is Season of Giving, which is appropriate for December and gift giving to loved ones and friends.  My post will show the two ways I gift money and gift cards for Christmas.  But these two options aren't just for Christmas - think birthdays, weddings or any occasion, just by changing out the greeting and Designer Series Paper.

This cute and easy gift card holder was made using the Trucking Along stamp set.  This stamp has a coordinating punch for the truck, but I opted not to use the punch and did some fussy cutting with my paper snips.

My greeting was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto Basic White Cardstock and cut out using the Deckled Rectangle dies.  This panel was attached to a Pretty Peacock Cardstock panel, also cut out with a Deckled Rectangle die.

When you open the card, there's a place for a gift card with plenty of room for a hand written greeting and it all fits into a standard A2 envelope.

I also gift money and instead of putting it inside a card, make a money holder. This holder also holds a candy bar and/or small pieces of chocolate.

The greeting is from the Throughtout the Years stamp set from the current Mini Catalog.  This stamp set feeatures Halloween, Christmas, Valentine, Easter, Birthday and all-around greetings and will move to the Online Exclusive seletion - YAY!  The cute little tag die cut is from the Tricks & Treats dies and the greeting is from the So Sincere stamp set.

This is what will greet your recipient when they untie the bow-

If you would like to know how to make the gift card holder or gift box money holeer, please leave me a comment.  If there's enought interest, I would be happy to make a video on either or both of these gifting options.
